For this project, I uploaded as much artsy, eclectic themed picture as possible. I then focused on three color scheme (yellow, associated with inspiration, teal for clarity, and magenta for innovation) and put a simple font in white. The photos are edited in photoshop with color replacement that would make the primary colors pop out more. In addition I also made certain flower transparent for decorative purposes so it would adds aesthetic appeal. Overall, the calendar has two parts. First is the month cover title, filled with clipping mask over the text and background image with layer effects. The second part is the calendar, featuring the month, days, note section, color scheme and photo effects. Working from a series of textured, abstract, and naturally patterned photographs, I constructed a visual language that merges the organic with the engineered. The sculptural elements evoke futuristic architecture, something alien yet eerily familiar. The two hands cradle planetary forms reminiscent of Jupiter (left) and Saturn (right), each accompanied by moons whose surface textures echo the source photographs. These celestial bodies act as symbols of my early obsession with astronomy and the imaginative worlds that shaped my understanding of the universe. Through symmetry, metallic repetition, and layered color halos, the work becomes a meditation on how memory, science, and speculative fiction intertwine. I designed a poster in Illustrator labeling key typeface parts and showing examples like x² + y² = z². The layout combines historical detail with contemporary design, highlighting how superscripts enhance hierarchy, readability, and elegance in text composition. So I did this by putting in the page grid into verticals of threes to create three paragraphs evenly spaced columns.
